Jillian Kaye Art processes all shop orders within three business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends. The only exception to this policy is for Custom Letters, which are custom orders created within 3-4 weeks of order placement.
All orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on current shipping prices and insurance coverage.
In the event of high order volume, your order might be delayed a fee days. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we will contract you using the email you provided during checkout.
